What is the Best Gym Execise Routine?
Sunday, October 10th, 2010One of the problems when people try to lose weight fast is that they forget that there are three important things. The first is to make sure that they eat nutritious foods; the second is to eat food regularly. The third is that they need to establish a gym exercise routine. Examples of nutritious foods include alkaline foods.
The best routine is one that exercises all of the major muscles, and a number of the smaller ones. The exerciser has three basic choices on how to do this, but doing this must be done. The first option is the easiest, as it relies on mutual support between exercisers; the exerciser finds a low impact exercise, and does it daily with a friend. When it comes to losing weight, the fact of exercising is more important than the level of exercise, as it is the increase in metabolism that causes the weight loss; obviously the more exercise, the more metabolism is increased, but it’s important to at least do it. By doing it with a friend the exerciser ensures that he or she will be doing it every day, and thus accruing its benefits.
The second way is to do a high impact routine one day and then follow it with a low impact routine the next. This allows some variety in the routine, and ensures that the person will not burn out on the exercise. With some people the exercise is good, and makes them feel great for the day, but they tend to burn out on it quickly either because they keep at a high impact level or there is little variety in the routine; the routine gets boring and so the exerciser gets bored of it. By allowing some variance in the level of exercise as well as allowing some change, even if it is from day to day, boredom wither takes longer to creep in or it simply doesn’t show up in the first place.
The last option is to have a medium impact routine, but with a different emphasis on different days. The best example is the military, where the emphasis is on upper body one day and lower body the next, and every day has a run. It has all of the advantages of the the high/low impact, but is at the same level each day.
No matter which option you choose, as long as you like your gym exercise routine, and it help you lose weight, then it is probably the best for you. Always check with a doctor when debating an exercise routine, but otherwise go for it!
