A Few Basic Apple Cider Vinegar Cures
Apple cider vinegar or ACV is a natural and highly effective agent that fights bacteria. It also consists of numerous trace elements and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, copper, sulfur, silicon, iron and fluorine, all of which are critical for the body to function. Many of these minerals are important to help you become more alkaline.
There are many forms of apple cider vinegar cures. Essentially, apple cider vinegar is known to balance high cholesterol, decrease sinus infections and treat sore throats. It is also known to cure acne, battle food poisoning, prevent post-exercise muscle fatigue, increase the immune system’s strength, increase one’s stamina, improve metabolism (eventually resulting in weight loss), heal constipation as well as promote healthy digestion, heal arthritis and gout symptoms, and prevent infections of the urinary tract. Moreover, it has been proven that using apple cider vinegar for acid reflux positively works. It also treats specific ailments that, at times, require antibiotics.
In terms of weight loss, apple cider vinegar has been shown to increase one’s metabolism as well as burn calories. Nutritionists also claim that a combination of Lecithin, Vitamin B6 and ACV works well when one intends to lose weight. One could essentially combine 2 teaspoons full of ACV with a glass of water. It is important that this should be taken prior to a meal or at least sip it throughout the day.
Apple cider vinegar is also an effective cure against bad breath or halitosis. All one needs to do is add half a tablespoon of the vinegar in a cup of water. Then, gargle this in the mouth for at least ten seconds.
This vinegar is also a good remedy against body odor as it has the capacity to adjust the pH level of the skin thereby eliminating any form of bacteria. Body odor in the armpit is likely to be alleviated by wiping it once in the morning with ACV that is undiluted on a ball of cotton. Foot odor may be treated by using warm water and 1/3 cup of ACV. Then, soak your feet for a minimum of fifteen minutes once each week.
